We are looking for a Lead Game Developer to join our team.

 

Responsibilities

• Leading the development team
• Monitoring and continuously optimizing game performance, stability, and functionality
• Collaborating with other team leaders on production priorities, timelines, and scope
• Guiding the team by solving their problems quickly and effectively
• Write clean, sustainable, and modular code, develop robust systems to introduce new features, and actively participate in code reviews
• Collaborating closely with the art, design, and data teams

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in game development, with a notable focus on Unity
• Comprehensive experience in mobile game development with a deep understanding of game mechanics
• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as C# and other relevant technologies
• Software architecture design, OOP, and design patterns and principles on various scales
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams using scrum and agile methodologies
• Ability to create and utilize tools and pipelines that optimize development processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with strong proficiency in English comprehension, writing, and reading
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, leadership attributes, and a collaborative mindset
